# Delete template

> Permanently delete a template locally and deregister it from Meta Graph API

Delete an existing WhatsApp message template. This endpoint calls Meta Graph API to remove the template from your connected WhatsApp Business Account, and subsequently purges the template record from Sayvy AI.

### Authentication

This endpoint requires Bearer token authentication.
